Yes, it sounds something like the SDLC(for those of you who are away from
software, for good, its Software Development Life Cycle). CDLC is a self
coined term meaning "Chapati Development Life Cycle".
Today being 2nd (or 3rd) time when i practiced making chapatis aka roti's
aka fulka’s,partly in order to help my mum who has an injured finger
and partly for the fun of it.
First things first making chapati's is not at all difficult and like most of the
things it gets better with practice. In not more than 10 minutes in totality
i learned how to make a Chapati and a namak mirch parantha.
Wow, its quite an achievement for me.
Things that I learned in the process.
1) Making something yourself gives a unique sort of satisfaction.
2) You get to know more about the things that you have been taking granted for long, things that run in the background
3) Preparing a chapatti, Preparing tasty Chapati and Preparing a beautiful Chapati are three different things.
Trivia:
Chapati is now a word in dictionary
Pics i took some time back....
